My most-loved app! Will a reinstall take care of it?

Well, it turns out Aurora Feint has a little serious security issues. However, that transfer of your data occurs unencrypted–which poses a large risk to your individual data. 

After discovering the security gap, Apple removed the game from their App Store. But now it appears the game is back in the review stage after the developers added HTTPS in order to encrypt info. 

What I want to know has to do with

the model of the game that’s still on my .

No!! In order to keep track of other players online, the game uploads your entire contact list to the server. So what’s the problem? Not my most-loved app! 

Okay, I’ve gathered myself. Nothing malicious, mind you, but a security threat, nonetheless. It’s the sound of my world crumbling. I never opted into the community characteristic, but how will Apple deal with those that still play the unencrypted model? Can hear it?
