Electronics manufacturer Dell will prepare its official foray into the mobile handpiece space

that month with the launch of its Android-based Mini 3i device, produced in conjunction with Mobile. The Mini 3i is the outcome of a year-long collaboration with Chinese Peoples Republic Mobile, the world’s biggest operator by subscribers, and will go on sale in by the end of November.
