Apple alleges that Nokia is trying to overcharge on patent fees considering it “missed the boat” and chose to “copy the iPhone®.”

The Guardian has detailed the launch of its official app.

Most customers have had their share of ire and angst with AT&T by unfortunate service at one time or another. The NYT is now blaming the iPhone for

the woes on the AT&T network. The story is even more suspect when you find that the leading source of the info is a paid AT&T consultant.

Apple has filed a counter suit against Nokia after Nokia filed suit against Apple by patent licensing fees. The app lets you download substance to listen too later and allows personalization along with access to picture galleries and more.
