Under Multimedia, you will find Qik. And though Apple is unlikely to launch a video capture app for the anytime in the near future, that will certainly suffice.

I think what’s especially neat about Qik is you can broadcast live video right from your phone onto the for others to see. Tap on it next choose “Install” at the superior right, next in the same spot tap “Confirm.”
5. You’ll now notice a “Qik” icon on your domestic screen - Go ahead and launch it.
7. You may hit the “Return to Cydia” button at the base or just quit Cydia when it is done installing.
6. launch Cydia.
3. prepare certain you have 3G service or are on Wireless Fidelity (edge is not sufficient sufficient to stream video) before you commence broadcasting.
9.

If you have a jailbroken iPhone® 3G, you may be able to prepare use

of Qik’s application, which can permit you to stream live mobile video right onto your phone.

That being said, the following directions were taken from the Qik website, and should help you get up and running:

1. if you have not already, you’ll need to sign up at http://qik.com/sign_up and get an SMS from us to begin the application.
2. Go to the “Sections” tab at the base and scroll down to “Multimedia.”
4. EDGE just won’t chop it. Now you will see Qik get installed. As lengthy as your initial signup SMS/text note is still in your inbox for the first launch, your account will be linked to your device.
8. Hit record and appreciate Qik!

Of course, you will need to be on the 3G network or a Wireless Fidelity network for that to work.
